1. Booking Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All inquiries are reviewed, and a personalized quote will be provided. Confirmation occurs only when both parties have agreed to terms and a booking has been officially confirmed.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payment options include:

• Deposit payment (typically 25% of the quoted amount)
• Full payment upfront
• Custom any-amount payments toward the remaining balance

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits secure your event date and are applied toward the total booking fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual booking agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and audio/video materials — is the property of Black Velvet unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Black Velvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the booking of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
